Design Process

First step is to meet and have a consultation to determine your needs. We may even have a system already engineered and designed that fits your needs. We stay on top of industry trends and advancements, and take advantage of any training opportunities to ensure we are current on the latest the industry manufacturers have to offer.

Our team will then work with you to engineer a custom designed system to fit your specific needs. We work to find you a solution with the longest life cycle, best performance, and specifications.

Part of the design process is the initial testing. We design and build a prototype of the exact build. After running our own internal quality control tests, you then have the opportunity to test and redesign the system based on its performance.

The design process is completed with a Bill of Materials (BOM) and step by step instructions of our manufacturing process. After this process is complete, we would accept a purchase order and move onto the Assembly Process.
