Assembly Process

Systems are assembled and checked based on the BOM and assembly instructions. We have experience assembling ISO and other certified products so we can easily build a system to a specific industry standard. Every build and every system goes through the same rigorous production checklist, whether you are ordering 5 units or 500!

We offer several different options to get your system completed the way you need it done.

Just a few of our Assembly Services offered are:

Software Imaging: We can either load your images for you, or assist in creating a custom image for your project.

Labeling: Save time, money and manpower by having us deploy your asset tagging, serial numbering and labeling during the production process.

Our in-house manufacturing assures that changes can be made quickly and efficiently. We have a small hands-on production team. They catch any problems that may arise before your product even leaves our warehouse.

The system undergoes a 24 hour burn-in period that does a final quality check on each system going out. After this process is complete we go on to packaging and shipping in our Logistics Process.
